Requirements
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years experience in avionics, communication, power systems design for aerospace
- Broad understanding of space avionics, communications, power systems functional chain
- Strong systems engineering background
- Hands-on experience with electrical unit development, assembly, integration, testing for space
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizing and prioritization of tasks
- Positive and flexible attitude
- Ability to communicate at all business levels

Tasks
- Develop and test critical software for new technologies
- Take ownership of Avionics, Communications, and Power projects
- Define functional breakdowns and high-level requirements
- Manage and maintain technical baselines
- Provide system architectures and conceptual designs
- Perform technical trade-offs and budget calculations
- Create development, implementation, verification, and validation plans
- Develop hardware solutions for projects
- Ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of work packages
- Coordinate with Bid Manager to prepare technical and programmatic proposals
