- •Proficiency with audio and video switching
- •Expert experience with specific hardware vendors
- •Extensive AV, VTC, or network experience
- •Executive Communication Team experience
- •Ability to lift 50 lbs
- •Ability to climb stairs daily
- •High level of professionalism and discretion
- •Ability to work under pressure

Tasks
- •Provide on-site support for executive-level meetings
- •Ensure seamless operation of VTC and UC platforms
- •Test, repair, and upgrade AV equipment
- •Maintain Cisco Webex, Biamp, and Crestron systems
- •Manage Thinklogical systems and video walls
- •Identify and correct real-time equipment malfunctions
- •Troubleshoot AV issues during active meetings
- •Act as the primary contact for VIP users
- •Schedule conference rooms and executive VTC sessions
