Requirements

  • Academic background in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or relevant
  • Product design experience, especially in automotive industry (plus)
  • Knowledge of automotive components (plus)
  • Software skill of CATIA-V5 and Siemens NX
  • At least intermediate English and German
  • Japanese skill (plus)
  • Customer communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Time management skills
  • English language skills
  • German language skills
  • Japanese language skills

Tasks

  • Design and develop products
  • Ensure quality standards and specifications
  • Collaborate with teams to analyze customer requirements
  • Provide technical proposals
  • Work closely with European OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers
  • Create and modify product designs using CATIA-V5 and NX
  • Assist in improving the engineering process
  • Conduct market and industry trend research

Education

  • Bachelor's degree
