- •Experience in sales analysis, sales ops, or finance
- •Good communication skills in English
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- •High energy and goal orientation
- •Ability to create, maintain, and develop relationships with various departments
- •Curiosity and strong desire to learn and evolve
Education
Bachelor's degree

Vocational certification
Work Experience

Tasks
- •Set monthly sales targets for wholesale channels
- •Monitor daily sales and report variances against targets
- •Suggest mitigation actions and collaborate with the Sales Team
- •Drive weekly calls with the Sales Team to track achievements
- •Define Gross-to-Net monthly sales targets for key accounts
- •Monitor seasonal prebook conversion and gather insights
- •Implement recovery initiatives based on sales insights
- •Handle monthly orderbook clean-up to maximize sales opportunities
- •Prepare liquidation deals to meet account demand
- •Support optimization of liquidation strategy with insights
