- MD preferred or advanced scientific degree with 7+ years pharmaceutical industry experience
- Experience in obesity, endocrinology, or cardiometabolic diseases (ideal)
- Proven track record in Medical Affairs
- Experience in pre-launch planning
- Experience in scientific communication
- Experience in stakeholder engagement
- Solid understanding of clinical development pathways
- Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks (EMA/FDA)
- Solid understanding of real-world evidence generation
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives

- Partner with regional and affiliate Medical Affairs teams
- Represent market and regional perspectives in global forums
- Shape clinical development and communication strategies
- Engage with thought leaders and academic institutions
- Elevate the global narrative around obesity
- Support RWE and data generation initiatives
- Align with medical and access goals
- Operate in a global, matrixed environment
- Collaborate across Medical, Clinical, Commercial, and Access functions
