Tasks
- Shape and execute brand and disease area strategies for the INT region
- Drive market expansion and brand adoption
- Ensure strategic alignment across diverse markets
- Enable affiliates to meet local needs and regulatory environments
- Develop brand and disease area strategies aligned with corporate and portfolio goals
- Act as primary marketing partner for affiliates
- Foster a strong, collaborative international marketing community
- Develop integrated, insight-driven brand strategies for diverse markets
- Map and prioritize archetypes for targeted positioning and messaging
- Identify short- and long-term opportunities, challenges, and lifecycle management initiatives
- Lead market analysis to inform strategic decisions and optimize plans
- Build customer-focused brand plans and ensure disciplined regional implementation
- Define KPIs and monitor performance
- Adjust activities based on data and insights
- Lead the 3M Brand Team
- Ensure clear agendas, actions, and follow-through
- Serve as central contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the regional brand budget to maximize ROI
