- Teach eight two-hour modules in the core business communication program over two years
- Answer students' questions and grade student work
- Supervise bachelor's and master's theses
- Participate in course and curriculum development
- Engage in third-mission activities and communicate research to the public
- Support senior faculty in administration, teaching, and research
- Engage in academic self-governance at the Institute, Department, and university levels
- Expand professional network and leverage relationships with external stakeholders
