• •Practical experience in research or laboratory
• •Relevant education, experience, or training

Tasks

• •Research and develop new test methodologies
• •Set up new laboratory equipment
• •Improve existing testing methodologies and equipment
• •Help define standards for new test methods
• •Manage testing requests from business partners
• •Test physical materials, components, and finished goods
• •Create accurate reports and manage system data
• •Evaluate and analyze test results and presentations
• •Provide development recommendations based on test results
• •Communicate findings to relevant departmental counterparts
• •Train colleagues on specific laboratory tests
• •Consult with supply partners on lab-related topics
• •Support equipment safety assessments and trainings
• •Manage the sample process from request to storage
• •Unpack, prepare, and ship product samples
• •Organize sample storage according to company policy
• •Purchase spare parts and testing devices
• •Maintain testing facilities and laboratory devices
