Requirements

  • Experience with graphic design and artwork management tools
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical packaging and regulatory requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and complex change management
  • Good organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks under pressure
  • Familiarity with Veeva Promomats and ERP tools (e.g., Dynamics 365)
  • Structured, proactive mindset with focus on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement

Tasks

  • Manage and implement artwork changes for pharmaceutical packaging
  • Prepare and finalize print-ready artwork files
  • Coordinate with contract manufacturers and suppliers
  • Take ownership of assigned products throughout the artwork lifecycle
  • Support and participate in the packaging artwork approval process
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation and version control
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality
  • Identify and assess feasibility of text changes
  • Evaluate technical implementation requirements

Education

  • High school diploma
