Requirements

  • Expertise in Talent Acquisition, Development, Compensation & Benefits, Global Mobility, and organizational change
  • Success in leading complex transformation projects, including M&A integrations
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Collaborative and influential leadership
  • High integrity and intercultural sensitivity
  • Ability to inspire and engage teams

  • Align HR strategy with global objectives
  • Translate HR objectives into regional plans
  • Drive plan implementation across countries

  • Ensure smooth team integration
  • Ensure smooth process integration
  • Oversee succession planning for senior leaders
  • Manage talent for senior leadership roles
  • Build future leadership pipeline
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Embed DEI principles in HR practices
  • Ensure labor law compliance
  • Ensure internal policy compliance
  • Maintain operational excellence in HR
  • Use data to anticipate workforce challenges
  • Refine HR strategies proactively
  • Collaborate with global HR teams
  • Harmonize processes across regions
  • Share best practices across regions
  • Act as a cultural ambassador
