Requirements
- Ability to read Aircraft Maintenance Manuals and follow technical instructions
- PC literacy with good MS Office knowledge
- Strong personal values aligned with Jet Aviation’s values (Trust, Honesty, Alignment, Transparency)
- Fluent French and good English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Interest in aviation technology and willingness to learn in hands-on maintenance
- Reliability, team-orientation, and ability to follow safety and quality procedures
Tasks
- Support aircraft maintenance activities
- Learn core technical skills
- Perform maintenance tasks under supervision
- Adhere to Jet Aviation procedures
- Comply with authority regulations
- Meet customer requirements
- Follow work distribution from Leader Technicians
- Take responsibility for work performed on aircraft
- Manage hours allocated per task
- Adhere to defined processes and project plans
- Complete work accurately and on time
- Report aircraft defects to Leader Technicians and Supervisors
- Complete and stamp daily job cards per procedures
- Return completed job cards to the Aircraft White Board
- Inform technicians and supervisors of further work needs
- Adhere to defined communication channels
- Assist co-workers as instructed by supervisors
- Assist with other tasks to meet department goals
- Attend regular mentor meetings during the school year
