Tasks

  • Plan and implement software systems with Kiwiplan
  • Test and optimize Kiwiplan Enterprise Sales Processing (ESP-Sales)
  • Manage quote processes including product design
  • Oversee order management and invoice processing
  • Transmit data to SAP for invoice processing
  • Define and implement software interfaces
  • Manage account master data and credit master data
  • Create templates for document printing
  • Support user access rights in defined areas
  • Assist in approving user access rights
  • Support Kiwiplan plants and train local experts
  • Analyze and coordinate process support issues
  • Transfer information about changes to site key-users
  • Implement new software modules
  • Parameterize Kiwiplan, including testing and documentation
  • Create and maintain Kiwiplan tickets with tests and documentation
  • Facilitate Kiwiplan roll-outs
  • Analyze existing processes and consult on process changes
  • Support the implementation of new software/modules
  • Train local organizations on new systems
  • Manage projects within the responsible area
  • Provide application and process support
  • Create and maintain process documentation and detailed descriptions
  • Handle IT-Now (GSN) tickets in the service desk system

Education

  • Bachelor's degree
