Requirements

  • Apprenticeship in a technical profession, college diploma, or equivalent education or experience
  • 5+ years practical hands-on experience as IT Engineer, Support Engineer, or IT Administrator
  • Basic developer skills in Databases & SQL, Unix & Scripting, Java
  • Experience as DevOps Engineer and CI/CD
  • Basics in Agile/SAFe methodology
  • Ability to communicate with management, business, IT, and vendor
  • Independent, efficient, proactive, and meticulous ways of working
  • Good analytical, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in troubleshooting general IT issues
  • MCSA certification, ITIL foundation certification, or similar education
  • English (business fluent, C1/C2), German (basic, A2)

Tasks

  • Provide end-to-end 1st and 2nd level support for the Securities Lending and Borrowing solution
  • Ensure system availability and manage run-the-bank issues
  • Handle system releases to maintain seamless operations
  • Support business colleagues in their daily tasks and conduct investigations
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements for systems and processes
  • Participate in daily routines and ceremonies as part of an agile organization
  • Contribute expertise to quarterly Program Increment Planning (PI)
  • Act as a liaison between the team, Central IT, and external vendors
