Requirements

  • •Master or Business School degree in Cost Control or Finance
  • •Experience in management control, financial analysis, consulting or audit (plus)
  • •Effective work in matrix organizations and objective focus
  • •Strong numerical aptitude and interest in KPIs
  • •High level of autonomy, learning ability, and accuracy
  • •Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • •Sense of ownership and proactive contribution
  • •Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • •Knowledge of VBA and Power BI (plus)
  • •Knowledge of database management tools
  • •English: B2/C1 level
  • •French: B2 level
  • •German (plus)

  • •Develop reports to improve business models
  • •Define and manage business tools
  • •Provide high-quality activity analysis for departments
  • •Define KPIs for the Austria and Switzerland hub
  • •Provide analytical updates on hub performance
  • •Prepare regular reports for finance and sales
  • •Harmonize commercial and financial reporting
  • •Suggest innovative process improvements
  • •Analyze financial results for month-end closing
  • •Support budget and long-term plan processes
  • •Produce daily and ad-hoc reports
