Requirements
- University degree in finance, business, economics, law or similar with focus on banking & finance or corporate finance
- Basic understanding of financial statements and deal structures
- High willingness and ability to learn quickly
- Strong attention to detail
- 1-3 years working experience in project/structured finance, corporate banking, risk management, M&A and debt advisory or similar
- Very good communication skills
- Very good presentation skills
- Fluency in German
- Fluency in English
Tasks
- Contribute to origination efforts with top corporate clients and infrastructure investors
- Prepare client pitches and participate in client meetings
- Build and maintain complex Excel financial models
- Develop financing cases and run sensitivity analyses
- Prepare and contribute to credit applications and briefing materials
- Support the execution of complex project finance transactions
- Review mandate and loan documentation with guidance
- Communicate with project sponsors, advisors, and syndication partners
- Contribute to Erste Group's marketing activities
- Work in interdisciplinary and multinational transaction teams
- Monitor and review existing portfolio assets
- Compose reports and manage risks
