Description

In this role, you will collaborate with clients to design and implement AI-native solutions that bridge technical and business needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include engineering AI agents, leading workshops, and ensuring that systems operate effectively at scale.

Requirements

• •3–5 years engineering experience with cloud-native systems
• •Deep expertise in designing and deploying agentic solutions
• •Strong experience with AI platforms
• •Strong programming experience in Python, Java, C# or equivalent
• •Experience deploying to production
• •Excellent client communication and collaboration skills
• •Creative, product-oriented mindset
• •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• •Experience as a Product Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Agentic AI Engineer
• •Experience with enterprise-grade architectures for compound AI systems
• •Mastery of the AI-native paradigm
• •Experience delivering solutions across multiple industries
• •Demonstrated creative solutioning

Tasks

• •Partner with stakeholders to frame problems and align priorities
• •Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents
• •Prototype innovative solutions with a human-centered approach
• •Develop integration layers across AI providers
• •Apply containerization and microservices to create scalable systems
• •Tailor and deploy applications for specific industries
• •Lead design workshops and communicate technical tradeoffs
• •Define metrics and evaluation plans to measure agent performance
• •Create documentation and best practices for internal use
