Architecting agentic AI solutions for semiconductor manufacturing systems. 5+ years AI/ML development experience required. Flexible hours, up to 2 days WFH.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field
- Min. 5 years post-graduation software engineering experience
- Preferable Machine Learning and Deep Learning experience
- Min. 5 years AI/ML development experience
- Strong exposure to agent-based systems or reinforcement learning
- Experience designing, evaluating, deploying, and monitoring AI/ML applications
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Angular/Vue, C/C++, PyTorch
- Experience developing web-based front-ends
- Understanding of cloud platforms and MLOps
- Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and data pipelines (plus)
- Experience with LLM pre-training (optional, significant advantage)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic cross-functional environment
- Flexibility with evolving requirements
- Ability to onboard latest technologies and models
- Fluent verbal and written English communication
- German language skills (plus)

- Integrate reasoning into AI workflows
- Integrate planning into AI workflows
- Integrate reinforcement learning into AI workflows

- Collaborate with data teams for user experience
- Evaluate emerging agent-based AI technologies
- Apply emerging AI technologies to semiconductor challenges
