Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data/Analytics, or related field
- •1–3 years of experience in Commercial Operations, After Sales, Services, Finance/Analytics, or Project Coordination
- •Proficiency with CRM systems, basic ERP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, familiarity with Power BI/Tableau
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder-coordination skills
- •Fluency in English and German; additional languages are an advantage

Tasks
- •Maintain global After-Sales KPI dashboards
- •Prepare regular analysis packs with action recommendations
- •Manage and update the service contract pipeline
- •Prepare churn and revenue forecasts
- •Monitor overdue items and DSO performance
- •Conduct root-cause analysis based on customer profiles
- •Manage compensation and bonus data
- •Prepare insights for regional teams
- •Support negotiation materials for regional teams
- •Ensure timely invoicing of supplementary services
- •Escalate and follow up on invoicing delays
- •Organize training sessions and onboarding materials
- •Publish best practices and meeting documentation
- •Maintain shared platforms and coordinate with stakeholders
- •Support continuous process improvements
