Requirements

  • Completed technical education (apprenticeship or HTL)
  • Knowledge of mechanical engineering, hydraulics, and electrical systems
  • Understanding of design and technical documentation
  • Optional CREO knowledge
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Independent working style
  • Readiness to travel

Tasks

  • Act as the primary contact for retrofit and modification requests
  • Translate customer needs into technical solutions with design teams
  • Develop and prepare retrofit and modification offers
  • Create comprehensive service kits for technical upgrades
  • Manage projects from initial inquiry to successful completion
  • Build in-depth knowledge of marine and wind cranes
