Advanced Robotics Process Engineer(m/w/x)
As an Advanced Robotics Process Engineer, you will play a key role in transforming manufacturing processes by introducing innovative technologies and solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with teams, analyzing feasibility, and ensuring projects stay on track while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Degree in electrical, mechanical, or equivalent engineering discipline
- Experience in processing material handling and assembly tasks
- Understanding of PLC and networking protocols
- Experience in Robot programming basics (ABB, Kuka, Yaskawa, Fanuc)
- Experience in software programming (C++ and/or Python)
- Readiness to travel international & domestic up to 50% annually
- Creativity and self-motivation
- Broad technical background in automotive manufacturing processes
Tasks
- Introduce advanced manufacturing technologies to internal teams
- Identify suitable operations for advanced manufacturing technologies
- Envision solutions to enhance current manufacturing methods
- Perform feasibility and financial analysis of potential applications
- Monitor project implementation progress and timelines
- Ensure compliance with ISO/TS 16949 and Health & Safety regulations
- Complete additional assignments as directed by management
