As an Advanced Robotics Process Engineer, you will play a key role in transforming manufacturing processes by introducing innovative technologies and solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with teams, analyzing feasibility, and ensuring projects stay on track while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Degree in electrical, mechanical, or equivalent engineering discipline
  • Experience in processing material handling and assembly tasks
  • Understanding of PLC and networking protocols
  • Experience in Robot programming basics (ABB, Kuka, Yaskawa, Fanuc)
  • Experience in software programming (C++ and/or Python)
  • Readiness to travel international & domestic up to 50% annually
  • Creativity and self-motivation
  • Broad technical background in automotive manufacturing processes

Tasks

  • Introduce advanced manufacturing technologies to internal teams
  • Identify suitable operations for advanced manufacturing technologies
  • Envision solutions to enhance current manufacturing methods
  • Perform feasibility and financial analysis of potential applications
  • Monitor project implementation progress and timelines
  • Ensure compliance with ISO/TS 16949 and Health & Safety regulations
  • Complete additional assignments as directed by management
