Requirements
- Several years of digital marketing, digital experience, e-commerce experience, ideally from B2C markets
- Proven background in digital experience strategy, web optimization, digital-first content & campaign development
- Strong understanding of campaign governance and execution across digital channels
- Ability to design platform promotions, paid acquisition and influencer strategies
- Ability to optimize media mix and ROAS based on data
- Excellent analytical skills with strong affinity for data
- Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Proven experience managing complex stakeholder ecosystems and external vendors/agencies
- Experience in regulated industries is an advantage
- Project management skills including digital solutions experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Advanced proficiency in modern digital productivity tools
- Consumer-oriented mindset
- Structured and proactive work style with strong ownership
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Fluent in German
- Fluent in English
- Ability to build trusting relationships across cultures and functions

- Analyze campaign performance
- Run A/B testing for optimization
- Leverage consumer and market data
- Translate insights into marketing improvements
- Manage campaign budget workflows
- Monitor operational and reputational risks
