- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Advanced proficiency in modern digital productivity tools
- Proficiency in analytics, data visualization, and AI-enabled copilots
- Proficiency for data-driven decision-making
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Digital Media, or related field
- Fluency in German
- Fluency in English
Tasks
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships
- Negotiate commercial agreements and frameworks
- Execute joint business plans with revenue targets
- Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews
- Optimize contracts and expand business opportunities
- Oversee digital tracking and performance measurement
- Translate data insights into optimization plans
- Collaborate with Finance & Operations on demand planning
- Work with Market Access and Supply Chain on performance tracking
- Steer platform promotions and paid acquisition strategies
- Optimize media mix and return-on-investment strategies
- Manage influencer strategies based on data
