ADS Programmer, Early Development(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Life Sciences, or related field
- 2 to 4 years statistical programming experience, or advanced degree with 0 to 2 years equivalent work experience
- Basic proficiency in modern programming language (SAS, R, or Python)
- Understanding of data integrity principles and quality control processes
- Effective work with structured and semi-structured data
- Curiosity and willingness to learn early clinical development analytical needs
- Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and effective written documentation
- Respect for cultural differences in global workplace
- Familiarity with non-standard or exploratory clinical data (biomarkers, -omics, real-world data)
- Exposure to data visualization techniques and tools (ggplot2, plotly, SAS Graph, Shiny)
- Awareness of early development study designs and data implications
- Familiarity with data traceability, metadata documentation, or audit readiness
- Interest in programming for decision support, hypothesis generation, or translational insight
- Ability to follow/contribute to reproducible programming workflows (version control, notebooks, modular scripts)
- Initiative in learning new tools or process improvement
- Experience supporting early-phase clinical trials (adaptive designs, rapid data cycles, evolving endpoints)
