Requirements
- Completed business studies or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years accounting experience, preferably in medium-sized company
- Strong accounting knowledge, HGB required
- Excellent SAP knowledge (FI/CO/MM/AA/SD)
- Business fluent German and English
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience in asset creation, management, reporting, payments, payroll
- Team-oriented, structured, solution-oriented work style
- Knowledge of IFRS advantageous
- Strong communication skills
- Intercultural competence and sensitivity

Tasks
- Work on general ledger matters for German operations
- Prepare periodic financial statements according to HGB
- Manage general ledger and asset accounting for multiple group companies
- Create and maintain asset records
- Implement and monitor financial process controls
- Document financial statistics and controls
- Serve as contact for internal departments and external auditors
- Coordinate with HR and report to headquarters
- Administer national and international payments
- Process weekly payment runs
- Handle payroll administration
- Generate and maintain local statistics and reports
- Prepare regulatory filings
- Support regional projects
- Conduct internal controls
- Participate in industry-specific surveys
- Manage bank interactions
- Handle treasury tasks
