Tasks
- Manage existing accounts to ensure renewals
- Enhance service utilization for current clients
- Cross-sell and up-sell products and services
- Generate proposals and pricing for medical and security solutions
- Negotiate contracts for assigned clients
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing for client onboarding
- Conduct routine account reviews and reporting
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Develop cross-border sales with international regions
