Tasks
- Manage account administration and documentation formalities
- Maintain high-quality client identification and legal forms
- Handle operational account management and system alerts
- Liaise with clients on administrative and compliance matters
- Update and maintain accurate CRM client data
- Support Relationship Managers with high-quality administrative tasks
- Provide operational coverage for the team during absences
- Compile presentations and draft investment proposals
- Create customized client reports and statistics
- Coordinate calendars, business trips, and meeting preparations
- Lead internal projects impacting account relationships
- Share research and ideas to improve productivity
- Propose process improvements based on daily observations
- Manage expense claim processes for the team
- Monitor risks and escalate compliance concerns
- Adhere to local regulations and internal policies
- Clear pending items and escalated deficiencies promptly
- Document client interactions in CRM and internal tools
