- Host customer welcome meetings.
- Ensure smooth handoffs to delivery teams.
- Contribute to successful service and solution adoption.
- Expand share-of-wallet in retain and development accounts.
- Manage account-level profitability.
- Drive growth with a portfolio-wide focus.
- Enhance overall customer experience.
- Drive sales in Personal Systems and Managed Device Services.
- Expand services within existing accounts.
- Maintain comprehensive account strategies.
- Identify customer strategies and key initiatives.
- Connect customer strategy with HP offerings.
- Build outcome-based sales.
- Substantiate business cases aligned to customer initiatives.
- Engage with executives.
- Manage pipeline growth.
- Ensure customer retention.
