- •Ability to comprehend customers' data management and process integration challenges
- •Willingness to call customers and negotiate conditions
- •Accountability for numbers and metrics like ACV and accuracy in forecasting
- •Outstanding communication and presentation skills in German (C1 level and higher)

- •Conduct technical discovery sessions
- •Prepare and present product demonstrations
- •Create tailored sales proposals
- •Convert qualified leads into paying customers
- •Negotiate offers and secure contracts
- •Ensure completion of necessary paperwork
- •Coordinate with cross-department teams for customer handoff
- •Develop strong relationships with existing customers
- •Adjust client subscriptions based on needs
- •Collaborate with marketing and technical support teams
- •Involve partners to win new customers
- •Maintain data hygiene in HubSpot
- •Update account data in a timely manner
