Account Executive, Strategic Outsourcing Sales(m/w/x)
Collaborating with OSPs to design and scale solutions for AI CRM clients. Professional German fluency and strategic enterprise sales experience required. Work in matrixed organizations, with a focus on Agentic AI solutions.
Requirements
- Professional German fluency
- Strong sales experience, ideally software/services sales (B2B SaaS, BPO, Managed Services, Consulting)
- Strategic commercial/enterprise sales experience, revenue achievement (enterprise software)
- Proven success in matrixed organizations, strong relationship building
- Strong strategic, operational, and analytical abilities
- Ability to work in virtual teams, problem-solving with stakeholders
- Direct Salesforce and Salesforce Ecosystem experience (inc. Certifications)
- Consultative/challenger sales skills, business case/ROI articulation, strategic account planning/execution
- Knowledge of BPO, BPaaS, MSP (Professional Services/Commercial Sales)
- Capacity/desire for varied, fast-paced workload
Tasks
- Achieve year-on-year growth targets
- Close net-new revenue opportunities
- Accelerate the Agentic AI revolution
- Collaborate with OSPs to design, build, and scale solutions
- Drive collaboration across internal teams and partners
- Represent OSP within Salesforce
- Promote OSP to global partners and strategic customers
- Manage strategic internal and external relationships
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Grow the territory monthly
- Develop new accounts
- Grow existing accounts
- Drive growth through marketing initiatives
- Engage cross-functionally to build trust and alignment
- Drive OSP channel and GTM strategy improvement
- Build solution and customer feedback loops
- Share customer win/loss analysis and success stories
- Build strong customer success stories and credentials
- Collaborate with OSP business development and ecosystem
- Accelerate Salesforce's Agentic AI market position
- Accelerate Digital Labour delivery across offices
- Accurately report and manage targets
- Take ownership for delivering commitments
- Maintain strategic customer relationships
- Partner with AEs on customer engagement strategy
- Deliver customer engagement plans
