Selling multi-suite security and compliance solutions to key decision-makers in large organizations. 3+ years B2B SaaS closing experience in enterprise or midmarket required. Tailored working hours, choice of work location.
Requirements
- University degree in business, economics, marketing, or comparable
- At least 3 years experience in a B2B, SaaS closing role within the enterprise or midmarket segment
- Compelling sales track record with consistent quota achievement
- Proficiency in lead generation via outbound
- Excellent skills in addressing business leaders and client-side functional managers involved in the decision-making process (MEDDIC)
- Analytical skills combined with a getting-things-done attitude and enthusiasm, as well as a confident and poised demeanour
- Team player, willing to learn from others and to share own experiences
- German skills at native speaker level and fluent English skills
Tasks
- Position DataGuard's multi-suite solutions to key decision-makers
- Lead and manage the entire enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Develop strategic account plans for large organizations
- Identify and unlock high-value opportunities to expand enterprise footprint
- Source leads using a consultative, multi-touch approach
- Build a strong pipeline and drive high-value enterprise deals
- Forecast revenue (ARR) with precision
- Provide clear visibility into the sales pipeline
- Consistently surpass individual sales quotas
