Requirements

  • Degree in Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, Communication Design, or similar
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in DX/UX Design
  • High level of initiative and ability to work independently
  • Experience with common UI tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Suite) and knowledge in UX prototyping (e.g. ProtoPie, Rapid Prototyping)
  • Very good English language skills
  • Interest in mobility, technology, design, and societal trends
  • Creative mindset, openness to new methods, and interdisciplinary/global collaboration
  • Ideally experience with design processes in the automotive industry or related fields
  • Experience with generative design methods, AI-supported tools, and affinity for storytelling, motion design, physical computing is a plus

Tasks

  • Develop digital concepts for future mobility solutions
  • Design user interfaces for HMI systems in automotive pre-development
  • Create interactive prototypes to visualize and validate ideas
  • Collaborate with local and global design and engineering teams
  • Conduct co-creation and user-centered research
  • Research technology trends from universities, suppliers, and trade shows
  • Establish and further develop the Digital Experience area within the studio
