- Organize and capture meeting notes and action points
- Develop and maintain initiative materials
- Update digital and knowledge platforms
- Coordinate communication and visibility activities
- Identify and develop innovation opportunities
- Support event planning and execution
- Manage participant identification and communications
- Develop event agendas and briefing materials
- Prepare speaker briefing decks
- Provide operational support for events
- Ensure seamless event execution
- Support analysis and strategic messaging
- Prepare insight materials and presentations
- Conduct desk research and synthesize findings
- Translate complex ideas into clear materials
