Tasks
- Oversee project phases: pre-construction, construction, commissioning, and close-out
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from design to commissioning
- Ensure projects are completed within budget, on time, and to quality standards
- Serve as the key client interface
- Develop working relationships and drive projects to completion
- Solve project-related problems
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities
- Ensure project requirements are met
- Resolve project issues
- Manage the design process to meet client requirements
- Manage client expectations
- Review project plans and specifications
- Review scheduling
- Identify cost-saving measures
- Identify discrepancies
- Identify potential construction problems
- Ensure project compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Coordinate vendor scope with project delivery
- Ensure effective and timely document processing
