Tasks
- Manage patient products from collection through infusion
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical and manufacturing teams
- Act as the primary contact for clinical sites
- Schedule patient journey activities and handle inquiries
- Maintain chain of custody and identity measures
- Coordinate drug product shipments and processing slots
- Update and maintain relevant tracking systems
- Onboard clinical sites through process training
- Develop SOPs, work instructions, and training materials
- File patient journey documents in the eTMF
