- Draft and negotiate complex IT licenses, R&D, and strategic partnerships
- Ensure compliance with global data privacy and cybersecurity standards
- Develop and implement legal strategies and data privacy policies
- Educate and train global teams on IT law and AI regulations
- Support the DDP Legal Function and influence group-wide standards
