Requirements
- •Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in health economics, medicine, public health, or pharmacy
- •Pharmaceutical industry experience with global and local exposure in HEOR, HTA, PRO, and payer- and regulator-related roles
- •Proven expertise in HTA & PRO evaluations, NIS/RWE programs, reimbursement negotiations, and global/local launches (rare/orphan diseases)
- •Strong skills in clinical evidence appraisal, COA strategy development, and ability to communicate complex analyses across geographies
- •Demonstrated track record of delivering value demonstration materials and managing multi-indication assets in orphan/rare disease to enable timely patient access
- •Long-term pharma industry experience, with positions in health economics, pricing & reimbursement, consulting, or payer authorities
- •Several years of exposure to international business on a day-to-day basis
- •Strong track record in value generation, demonstration and/or communication
- •Highly experienced in conducting health economics/outcomes research across multiple specialty disciplines (e.g. patient reported outcomes, health economic modelling, real world data generation)

Tasks
- •Develop and execute health economics outcomes research (HEOR) and patient-reported outcomes (PRO) strategies
- •Demonstrate medical and economic payer-relevant needs to optimize the value of BI products
- •Integrate understanding of treatment and care pathways to shape evidence generation strategies
- •Deliver robust data packages through clinical trial data and real-world research
- •Generate evidence for optimal market access and successful HTA assessments
- •Ensure optimal pricing, reimbursement, and formulary listing for BI products globally
- •Provide insights to inform the development of the Target Product Profile (TPP)
- •Implement patient-reported outcome measurement strategies in clinical trials
- •Collaborate with regulatory authorities and other functions
- •Develop key HEOR deliverables, including payer value stories and economic models
- •Conduct retrospective database analyses and indirect comparisons
- •Maintain partnerships with payers, academic institutions, and HEOR thought leaders
- •Define long-term global development strategies in collaboration with global Marketing and Medical teams
- •Draft long-term publication strategies for global market development
