Requirements

  • •Experience leading DevOps or SRE teams
  • •Expertise in Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies
  • •Experience with Azure, private cloud, and CI/CD
  • •Understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code and automation
  • •Azure, Kubernetes, or DevOps certifications (plus)
  • •Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools
  • •Experience in regulated industries (advantageous)
  • •Willingness to participate in on-call duty
  • •Ability to develop sustainable solutions
  • •Strong IT security background (ideal)
  • •Good English and German (plus)

Tasks

  • •Operate and scale business-critical Kubernetes applications
  • •Manage PostgreSQL, Oracle, and Kafka systems
  • •Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform
  • •Support application development within business squads
  • •Collaborate with SREs on system resilience
  • •Design monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions
  • •Refine CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
  • •Lead the 24/7 on-call incident response
  • •Maintain security, compliance, and operational standards
  • •Contribute to audits and risk assessments
  • •Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation
