Tasks

  • Handle QA release activities for raw materials and consumables
  • Manage quality-related events (DEV, OOx, complaints, etc.)
  • Support monitoring and tracking of material release setup
  • Contribute to IIA KPI and RCI processes
  • Lead and support DEV, OOx, and complaint investigations
  • Promote quality-related topics and projects
  • Complete personal trainings on time
  • Ensure timely and compliant release of raw materials and consumables
  • Make release decisions for raw materials and consumables
  • Oversee non-conformity issues (OOS, OOE, OOT, deviations, complaints)
  • Drive efficient quality operations in the area of responsibility
  • Seek and implement productivity improvements
  • Support health authority inspections and customer audits
