- Fluent German and English language skills
Tasks
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Support 9 locations worldwide from headquarters
- Lead problem-solving initiatives
- Identify root causes and implement improvements
- Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Support teams in crafting future state designs
- Implement improvements in greenfield and brownfield projects
- Develop Lean-focused layouts and processes
- Facilitate introduction of standard work
- Track standard work across locations
- Coach leadership teams in Lean techniques
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement
- Prepare detailed reports for the Steering Committee
- Outline project status and strategic direction
- Identify training needs
- Address training needs to enhance Lean capabilities
