Requirements

  • University degree in MINT, business informatics, or comparable training
  • Initial experience as business analyst or IT project manager
  • Knowledge of IT requirements engineering and software engineering
  • Initial experience in process analysis and modeling using standard industry methods (e.g. BPMN)
  • Experience with agile methods and processes in IT projects is an advantage
  • Analytical, structured, and conceptually strong working style
  • Distinctive, economical, and process-oriented thinking and acting
  • Very good spoken and written Dutch and English
  • Willingness to make occasional business trips
  • Hands-on mindset with AI productivity tools

Tasks

  • Analyze and specify business logic
  • Conceive and detail business processes
  • Specify IT requirements for platform and SaaS products
  • Derive user stories from processes and features
  • Participate in business process integration
  • Implement IT requirements in customer projects
  • Create test concepts
  • Support quality assurance
  • Participate in 2nd level support
  • Contribute to agile and classic projects

Education

  • Vocational certificationOR
  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • Dutch – Business Fluent
  • English – Business Fluent
