Requirements

  • Confident, professional personality with effective communication in international, cross-functional teams

  • Willingness to move internationally for work assignments during program
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage

Tasks

  • Take responsibility for R&D and Quality-related business applications
  • Support exploration of AI functionalities in R&D applications
  • Drive analysis and structuring of business requirements
  • Translate requirements into clear solution concepts
  • Participate in global projects and system enhancements
  • Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Process Owners
  • Work with internal IT teams and external vendors
  • Ensure stable, compliant, and user-centric application solutions
  • Build expertise in regulated R&D and Quality systems
  • Expand scope of responsibility within the program

  • Currently in higher education
