Tasks
- Collaborate with event owners to translate concepts into web requirements
- Facilitate alignment between global, regional, and local teams
- Assess event requests and define digital scope
- Conduct competitor, consumer, and benchmark research
- Create clear requirements, page outlines, and implementation plans
- Estimate effort and timelines, flag risks, and manage expectations
- Collaborate with Editorial and SEO teams for brand voice and search practices
- Define page hierarchies, metadata, internal linking, and URL strategies
- Ensure content briefs include target keywords and messaging hierarchy
- Monitor organic performance and recommend optimizations
- Build and maintain a website events calendar
- Coordinate with content producers, editors, designers, and video teams
- Capture and support localization needs
- Maintain an overview of published, upcoming, and past event pages
- Ensure usability, consistency, accuracy, and technical health of event pages
- Conduct pre-launch checks for content, UX, links, tracking, SEO, and device compatibility
- Audit event pages for content freshness and correct CTAs
- Establish and document best practices and checklists
- Use internal analytics tools to track performance
- Produce clear and actionable reports for stakeholders
- Feed insights back into templates, requirements, and planning processes
