Requirements
- Experience in textile development or design
- Degree in graphic design or comparable
- Knowledge of textile product development processes
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Comfort with design and development processes
- Solution-oriented and results-driven mindset
- Independent and collaborative work style
- Good project management and communication skills
- Structured working manner and detail orientation
- Interest in Nintendo and Japanese culture
- Experience in marketing material creation (plus)
- Onsite presence in Frankfurt office
- Mandatory submission of personal portfolio
Tasks
- Validate licensed and Nintendo textile merchandise
- Ensure products meet quality and IP guidelines
- Create design proposals to accelerate approvals
- Communicate adjustment points to suppliers and licensees
- Educate partners on IP guidelines and rules
- Manage assets provided to licensees
- Develop process documents and training materials
- Collect, organize, and archive product samples
- Coordinate with international merchandise teams
- Perform assigned administrative and design tasks
