Requirements

  • Degree in Finance
  • First relevant work experience in Private Banking
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Knowledge in Avaloq is an advantage
  • Ability to weigh problems and set priorities
  • Strong work ethics, integrity, and accountability
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in French
  • Fluency in other languages is an advantage

Tasks

  • Support CRMs, CIO, and CCO in daily business
  • Manage and monitor client accounts
  • Handle fiduciary deposits, overdrafts, and payments
  • Execute trades (equity, bonds, FX, metals)
  • Communicate with clients and provide reports
  • Prepare account statements and performance reports
  • Implement and monitor discretionary mandates
  • Conduct periodic KYC reviews
  • Renew forms and support CRM with internal departments
  • Prepare and follow up on account openings
  • Support preparation of compliance reports
  • Process expenses and payments
  • Maintain stamp duty calculation files
  • Participate in marketing efforts
  • Follow up on investment recommendations and ideas

  • 1 year

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • French – Business Fluent
