- Ability to build partnerships with internal technology providers
- Lead cross-team technical initiatives and task prioritization
Tasks
- Own pre-training, evaluation, and meta-data
- Develop and execute data strategy
- Lead data extraction, curation, and quality analysis
- Set technical priorities and define work packages
- Work with science leads to define data requirements
- Co-design datasets to enhance model capabilities
- Build alliances with internal data and technology providers
- Explore and analyze datasets for patterns and issues
- Influence data architecture for seamless access
- Ensure industry-leading compliance standards
- Coordinate with multinational stakeholders
- Contribute to foundation model research and engineering
