Aufgaben

  • Ensure a great experience for all office visitors.
  • Welcome office visitors.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Manage office door access.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries.
  • Provide daily operational support to team members.
  • Plan and coordinate team events and team days.
  • Ensure office spaces are tidy.
  • Keep office supplies stocked.
  • Prepare meeting rooms for use.
  • Collaborate on hybrid workplace experience.
  • Ensure consistent workplace experience for all.
  • Provide the right setup for remote work.
  • Lead a small team of two.
  • Conduct regular team check-ins.
  • Provide feedback and development conversations.
  • Ensure team members have necessary resources.
  • Manage team member onboarding processes.
  • Manage team member offboarding processes.
  • Ensure a positive start for new joiners.
  • Ensure all office technology functions properly.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for tech issues.
  • Liaise with IT for technical support.
  • Handle travel bookings for team members.
  • Coordinate C-Level executive travel.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and providers.
  • Monitor vendor performance and delivery.
  • Control costs for facilities and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
  • Handle CEO's documents with discretion.
  • Manage CEO's scheduling and correspondence.
  • Assist with shareholder communication.
  • Provide board-related administrative support.
  • Assist with cross-account payroll administration.
  • Support accounting administration as needed.
