- Support improvement streams within engineering departments
- Discover and promote Performance Management best practices
- Assist the Chief Engineering center head with administration
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement areas
- Consolidate center financial and workload planning
- Validate coherency of financial and workload plans
- Identify and follow up on corrective actions
- Streamline reporting activities for better value
- Prepare presentations and decision proposals
