- Basic knowledge of automotive technology
- Confident command of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Experience working with databases
- Initial experience with industry solutions such as TecDoc or similar systems
- Confident communicator in German
- Strong English skills (\<C1 level) in technical context
- Structured and conscientious work manner
Aufgaben
- Support Warranty Team with customer complaints and claims management
- Handle entry, processing, and documentation of warranty claims
- Correspond with suppliers about technical details and complaints
- Ensure processing deadlines are met
- Maintain complaint records in Babtec software
- Manage parts shipping to suppliers
- Monitor ongoing shipment status
- Check supplier credit notes for accuracy
- Reconcile reimbursed costs
- Provide hands-on support for professional packaging and shipping of components
