- Perform interviews and contextual observations
- Manage user diary studies
- Identify research needs with stakeholders
- Plan and synthesize user study insights
- Analyze user behavior using statistical methods
- Generate actionable product recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams
- Develop personas and journey maps
- Maintain the research insights database
- Prepare and present stakeholder reports
- Advocate for user needs across projects
