Anforderungen
- Enrollment in a German university studying electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or chemistry
- First experiences in submicron IC design and manufacturing, EDA tools (Calibre DRC/LVS, Cadence Virtuoso), and scripting languages (TCL, Python, Perl Shell)
- Linux user with ability to operate in a UNIX environment
- Fluency in spoken and written English (at least C1)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Aufgaben
- Engage in designing future Tapeout Systems
- Perform design checks and mask data preparation
- Collaborate with internal teams for timely output
- Conduct Daily Tapeout Operations activities like DRC and Dataprep
- Facilitate clean tapeouts with Fabs and OPC Teams
- Develop and implement work improvement methods
- Explore new technologies and address tactical problems
- Document best practices and training materials
- Ensure processes are well documented and assess failure modes
